Assessing your Situation

Your health and your body are unlike anyone else’s which is why it is so critical that we identify your specific nutritional & nutrient imbalances. Whether you have the same chronic health condition as your friend or neighbor, what’s occurring inside your body may be very different for each of you. We’ll begin with a Comprehensive Case Review of your health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle. I’ll play the detective in uncovering your nutritional and biochemical imbalances through the use of advanced laboratory testing.

You’ll receive my extensive New Client Intake form ahead of time and submit it to me for review before we meet. This will allow me to make the best use of our time together. We’ll spend 90 minutes together in this first session delving deeper into your health history where I’ll then design an individualized Action Plan that will work for you.

Tailoring a Solution that’s Right for You

I’ll create a custom nutrition and supplement protocol designed for your specific health goals and needs, taking into consideration your individual preferences and lifestyle.  We’ll partner together to design the best course of action that will work for you and make sure that it is reasonable and attainable for you.

Staying on Track

We’ll meet every 2-4 weeks for 60 minutes to make sure you are staying on track. We’ll review what’s working, what’s not working, and make appropriate adjustments from there. I’ll hold you accountable while coaching you through how to integrate these new healthy habits.
